Referral Program TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Referral Program allows Seedze Wellness customers to earn promotional reward credits (“Reward Credits”) toward future Seedze Wellness purchases by referring friends or family members to Seedze Wellness. By participating in the Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions and Seedze Wellness’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on our website and incorporated here by reference).

 

ABOUT OUR REFERRAL PROGRAM

Qualified Referral: Referrers will receive a Reward Credit for each Qualified Referral, up to the cap identified below. A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a first purchase made at www.seedze.com by a person (a “Referred Customer”) who uses your referral code at checkout. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made his or her first purchase using your Seedze Wellness referral link and you did not receive a store credit, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. To inquiry about missing store credits, you must email info@seedze.com.

 

REFERRAL REWARDS

For you to earn Reward Credits as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order on www.seedze.com and must not have shopped on www.seedze.com before.

 

REWARD CREDITS

Each Reward Credit will be worth $20 USD in promotional credit on www.seedze.com. A Referrer may earn no more than the equivalent of $200 USD in Reward Credits per calendar year. Your account will be updated with your Reward Credits within 7 days of the Referred Customer completing his or her first purchase. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Credits.

 

ELIGIBILITY

Seedze Wellness’s Referral Program cannot be used at the same time with other affiliate or business program, as determined in Seedze Wellness’ sole discretion. 

 

RESTRICTIONS

Referral codes shall not be posted or shared on coupon websites or blogs. You are only allowed to email referrals to friends and family members (those people with whom you have a personal relationship) and you must have received their permission first. A “friend” is a person with whom you communicate frequently and have met in person before. A “family member” is a person who is your parent, sibling or child or a person with whom you are related through marriage or common-law partnership. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where your friends or family members live. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of your referral code that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Seedze Wellness’s Referral Program. We’ll be monitoring for spammers so please be kind and only share with people you know. Thank you!

Also, Reward Credits are not valid for cash or cash equivalent and must be used in the currency in which they were received. Reward Credits cannot be transferred to other people or accounts.

 

RIGHT TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS

Seedze Wellness reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Seedze Wellness Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAM OR CHANGE TERMS

Seedze Wellness reserves the right to cancel the Seedze Wellness Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. However, it will not affect the expiration date of any referral link that has already been provided, nor your entitlement to use any Reward Credits that you may already have earned, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
